Envelope text prints in wrong location due to incorrect settings.
Cause:
The settings in the 'Envelope Printing Options' dialog box are incorrect.
Solution:
Select the correct print settings in the 'Envelopes and Labels' dialog box.
1) Open the desired file.
2) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Envelopes and Labels...'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Envelopes' tab.
4) Click 'Options...'. (The Envelope Options dialog box appears.)

5) Click the 'Printing Options' tab.
6) Select the appropriate feed method from the 'Feed Method' group.
7) Change other settings if necessary.
8) Click 'OK'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box reappears.)
9) Verify that the address is correct.
10) Click 'Print'.
